The objective of WP1 is to ensure efficient coordination and management of the CSA towards the achievement of general objectives. This includes support for the different work packages, coordination with EU member states and the European Commission, project monitoring, management of the grant agreement as well as financial, legal and administrative management of the CSA. The overall purpose is to develop a secretariat for the future European Partnership on Pandemic Preparedness.

Goals

Management and coordination of project work plan

Coordinate project activities, work and information sharing as well as ensure the relevance of the project structure, resources and work plan.

Representation of the network towards EC, member states and other stakeholders

Ensure the visibility of CSA activities to other interested countries, scientific communities and Stakeholders to promote information exchange.

Establishment of the Secretariat of the Partnership on Pandemic Preparedness

Guarantee a smooth transition and natural start of the future partnership on Pandemic Preparedness.
