As part of the work developed within BE READY activities, the ONE-Health approach and the creation of synergies between EU Member States will be transversal to all initiatives and outcomes. An integrated Strategic Research and Innovation Agenda (SRIA) will be proposed, focusing on widening the contribution of EU Member States to the ERA. A European partnership for pandemic preparedness will be established to strengthen the ERA.

BE READY outcomes will contribute to Horizon Europe’s main objectives creating the changes needed to support the European Union’s work to ensure a healthy and resilient Europe. Additionally, synchronicity is established with the European Health Emergency Preparedness and Response Authority (HERA) in order to line up objectives and actions.
