- WP5 – Synergies & Awareness — identifies synergies with sister initiatives; raises awareness among new stakeholders. (ISCIII)
- WP6 – Sustainability & Exit Strategy — defines how partnership results survive beyond the funding period. (INSERM/ANRS)
Pillar 2 — Joint Transnational Calls (JTCs)
- WP7 – JTC Design & Launch — designs and launches multinational research funding calls. (DLR)
- WP8 – JTC Evaluation — manages peer review and ranking of submitted proposals. (DLR)
- WP9 – Follow-up & Monitoring of Funded Projects — tracks progress and impact of funded research. (DLR)
Pillar 3 — Ever-Warm Infrastructures
- WP10 – Basic & Preclinical Research Infrastructure — maintains an ever-warm ecosystem for basic and preclinical research. (ERINHA)
- WP11 – Public Health Research Networks — sustains ever-warm public health research networks. (NIPH)
- WP12 – Clinical Research Sites Network — maintains the EU-wide ever-warm network of clinical trial sites ready to activate. (INSERM/ANRS)
