Research and Innovation
The objective of WP4 is to identify key emerging Health Technologies and Biotechnologies enabling innovative solutions to the main challenges of pandemic preparedness and to integrate them into the overall Strategic Research and Innovation Agenda (SRIA). WP4 will further ensure the support of relevant stakeholders on innovation for pandemic preparedness, including biomedical and biotech companies, interested in co-funding and/or co-promoting the implementation of this partnership.

Goals
Previous experiences on exploiting Health & Bio-Tech solutions to manage pandemic emergencies
Identify gaps, critical issues, best practices, empirical evidence on applied solutions enabled by Health & Bio-Technologies and future common challenges; based on available international and National information on prevention and management of pandemic situations.
Developing contributions to SRIA on Health & Bio-Tech Research and Innovation
Collect inputs and sketch the outlines and contents of the contribution to Health & Bio-Tech Research and Innovation to the SRIA, identifying enabling technologies for translational research and accelerated, effective and efficient innovation pathways.
